Easy in and easy out. Lots of seating and more in the bar area. They even have a points system with your phone number. Ask about... it when you get your check! Eventually you can get a free meal :) Food is delicious with so many choices. Portions are greatand they give you complimentary chips with their house made sauce! There's always a lot of chefs in the kitchen so food comesfast! Definitely a local favorite and in the heart of Belfair. I wish there were more of them! Read more
Server was cold as ice. No small talk. Brought us our delicious food and that was that. Perfection. The chips, sweet potato... fries, chicken sandwich, and lemonade were as good as it gets. This place was pretty good. Food was fresh, well seasoned and hot. They also willingly catered to my WLS portion diet by letting... me order off the kids menu. If you want to spend about 20 dollars for what you see in the pic, this is the place for you! Um.. is that supposed to be... cheese? lol No, but really? I didn't expect to pay over 20 bucks for like 20 fries and a burnt burger. Wish I checked thequality before I headed home, but honestly didn't think I had to. I regret taking coworkers here today. I would also like toadd that I definitely shouldn't be paying 20 bucks no matter what burger I want, for barely ANY fries and an inedible patty. Today was my first time having Burger Claim, as we just moved to the area a week and a half ago. I called in an order and came... to pick it up. The lady who answered the phone was extremely nice. I drove over to pick it up and was greeted by the owner, whois extremely kind and helpful. My food wasn?t quite ready, so he offered me a drink and some of their homemade potato chips,which I thought was above and beyond hospitality. My order was ready less than 3 minutes after interacting with the owner andthe server who helped me was also super kind. Seems like the whole place is staffed with great people. I?m writing this as I eatmy Bacon Cheese Burger and fries with Miner sauce and it is delicious! My husband got the chicken burger and he said it is alsoreally good. I have been here multiple times and the one thing I have not had, is a burger. They have my favorite pancakes, they must fry... them or something cause they are just a little crispy on the edges. I had their biscuits and gravy which was a descentattempt.... It wasn't great but I don't knock people for their B&G, because inevitably mine is better at home. Their Santa Fesalad is fire. We were here for dinner last night. Family of 7. We were very disappointed in our food. And the service. The burgers were cold... and unseasoned. The small fries seemed to be the bottom of the bag. The fish was not completely cooked. The baked potato wascold. No silverware. No napkins. No water. No straws. No saucer for teabag. The waitress ( said she was the manager owner) wastotally lacking.
