Front desk service was poor. We stayed on the "Tower" side. Rooms were clean, but we had no toilet paper upon arrival. Paint... is chipped up, hall carpets are stained, buffet is closed down. With a little polish this could be a very nice place. Read more
We checked into this place with reservations in the "old" part of the hotel.Shortly after agreeing to a room the front desk... staff said there may or may not be hot water. We immediately changed our room to the "new" tower at an additional cost of$20/night per room. The room was clean. However the bathroom vent was non-functional and you could see that this has been anissue for a long time due to the water damage on the ceiling. The tub had the slowest drain. This may or may not have caused meto slip in the shower. We stopped at Grillerz for dinner. The service was slow and they didn't seem to be in any sort of hurrywaiting 40+ minutes for a double cheeseburger and mini corn dogs. The prices were decent and portions were good. Just make sureto order before you are hungry. The area around the casino is nice and beautiful at night with an amazing view of them nightsky. Read more
We come up once a year to visit family and have recently started staying here. I work for Hilton properties so I am very... familiar with hotel procedures from guest experience to property being extremely clean. While this is not a Hilton property itcould very well pass as one! I stayed one night at Sky Dancer Casino and Resort, the room was nice, it had a refrigerator, a microwave, iron, and... hairdryer, which is always a plus. We are in our RV in Harvey ND and did a day trip north to the International Peace Gardens. We stayed overnight at Sky Dancer... Casino & resort. The staff was very friendly the casino was a lot of fun. Our room was very nice but we were facing out abovethe roof were the ac units. They ran all night a constant humming. The good out weights the bad. I recommend this hotel. Read more
The hotel USED to be very nice, now it's not taken care of. Definitely needs a remodel. Food quality has declined from last... stay. Good addition using hot dog cart, but closed to early.
