If you?re going to make lattes so fast that you only add 2 1/2 pumps of syrup to a venti, don?t charge me when I ask for a... couple extra. I watch you. You hit the pump so fast you?re adding 1/2 pumps each time. I know you?re busy. But I?m paying for 5.More importantly, I like the taste of 5. IMO it won?t take that much longer to add full pumps. Employees are courteous and the food/drinks are good but beware of mobile ordering with customization. Religiously, my mobile... order is always missing components. Sometimes, I get a warmed bagel with butter and cream cheese, and 4/5 times I get a bageland nothing else. Other times I will order oatmeal with the fixings (fruits/nuts, agave syrup, blueberries) and only receive theoatmeal. My mobile receipt will show everything I ordered; I triple check to make sure it's not my own fault. Drive thru is interesting. This location was an old bank. Right after leaving, I put my straw in my iced coffee. I took my... first sip and thought I sucked in the wrapper from the straw. I ended up spilling coffee on myself and the car trying to pull itout. It was hair. Some long, thick, straight black hair. Read more
Standard service for which the franchise is already known. Great variety of breakfast items for the person ready to go and in a... hurry. The great thing here was not the purchase but the service itself. Cheerful and polite, could make you spend more time andmoney than you planned. Some employees are a disaster waiting to happen for their companies, but this one gave a brighter faceto the service and made our time and money worth the trouble. Read more
Personally, I haven't had very good experiences with this Starbucks. They tend to rush you at the drive-thru (even when no one... is behind you) and it causes them to get your orders wrong. I went yesterday and this exact thing happened to me and my group.We asked for extra caramel on a drink, it didn't look like it had any. We asked for 3 butter croissants and were only given 2(even though there was 3 on the receipt). A drink that was supposed to have no ice was given to us with ice. It just seems asthough they have no need to rush you, but they do and it causes wrong orders every time. Read more

I went thru the drive thru. It took a little bit to get to the window, but once I was there, I received my coffee orders... quickly. I realize the delay getting to the window is not always the workers fault as some people change their mind or Mahemistakes. But my order was fast and correct. Read more
