We ordered two 16 pc meals for a family dinner we were having. I felt bad when we first ordered because only one person was... working doing everything. After more people entered the restaurant two more employees came to help. We got all our food and Ijust checked to make sure we had everything since it was so much food but didn?t think to check all the food. When we got homeand unpacked the food everything seemed fine except the one box of 16 pc original was burnt. We tried to call and no answer. The first time I went, I ordered 2 meals both were incorrect and missing items. It wasn?t busy and nobody else was behind me. I... gave them a second chance yesterday and yet again my single meal order was messed up. I?ve worked in fast food and understandbad time and days but two times back to back is ridiculous. Read more
I really want this KFC to be better than it is. They're slow and often mess up my order and have inconsistent quality. Tonight... they gave me three slider rolls instead of six biscuits with my 12-piece meal - and they didn't even tell me they were out ofbiscuits! They need to do better. Read more
Food was mediocre. Sufficient enough. The customer service was awful. I've never heard a manager cuss so many times. I also... use foul language at times but not in a hospitality environment. There was way too much confusion. We were the only onesordering inside. One associate said she didn't feel comfortable walking outside at dark to bring a bag to someone in the drivethru.
