The tea is great but you guys really need to open at 11Am, (not 12.) Especially on a weekend. Blows my mind. Open earlier!

All I can say is I’m in love! The only thing I would like to see change is there hours. I need my tea in the am before work.... Please please change your hours or add morning hours like 8am-8pm. The star is for kind staff. As far as quality of what is being offered I don’t know why the reviews are so high. We got 2... teas, a tiger drink, a smoothie and a matcha egg waffle. With what we could we got the lowest sugar level option. Every singleitem was disgustingly sweet and tasted synthetic. No surprise that 99% of the customers are incredibly overweight and sicklylooking. Pure junk… the boba pearls weren’t horrible. I tasted worse boba and that was in Mexico. This location is very nice with options to order via kiosk or with cashier. Very clean, music not load nor obnoxious, staff is... attentive and very patient (at the least the gentlemen who took my order was), and courteous. Answered all my questions withease. The menu is super overwhelming. Especially for someone with a disability. But once you find something you like, it is... great. Employees are friendly. My Strawberry Milk Foam Black Tea with Pearls is great. It's scary ordering new stuff for methough. Read more
