For about 57 dollars for to feed 4 people Food was ok. The wings were crispy and tasty. I really wasn't a fan of any 3 of the... sauces I tried. I didn't like you couldn't mix sauces if your were to buy 20 Wings you have to buy 10 of each flavor for moremoney. You also have to pay extra for carrots and celery. The restaurant was semi clean. Ordered sandwiches and wings for the Ravens game on Sunday. Ordered online with a pickup time of 12:05. Order wasn't ready until... 12:30. The order was incorrect and I paid for celery with extra blue cheese dressing. No celery and no dressing at all. Wingswere horrible, soggy and very little sauce. Will NEVER order from there again. What a rip off. Tons of people in line asking forrefunds. Don't waste your time. Read more
This place is a disgrace. I had similar frustrations with my order last year, but figured that was because it was the football... playoffs and it would be crazy. I should have learned my lesson. Nothing has changed. Consider that most buffalo wingestablishments cater to a Sunday football crowd, which means that the establishment should be prepared in advance for theonslaught of orders that come through. A lot of people will order the day before, which you think would remedy the situation,but this place has proven time and again that no matter when you order, something is bound to be screwed up or you will wait aprotracted amount of time, ensuring you will miss half the game. I ordered wings today. I could tell how the person on the phonewas rushing me through the phone call that something would happen, but held out hope that things would be fine. I should haveknown better. I was told it would be an hour. Came in an hour later. The place wasn't even packed and there were what seemedlike 20 employees behind the counter. The kitchen was filled with burning grease smoke. I gave my name to pick up my order. Noname matching. Nothing. They had lost my order and kept questioning me if I actually called it in or placed it online. I had toshow my phone and the outbound call log to the person at the counter. When (I suppose) the manager came over, she looked throughthe tickets and said she had too many to sort through. I asked if there was another way to time-stamp an order, such as theirown call log. Nothing. The guy waiting for food next to me said he put his order in and had now been waiting for an hour and 30minutes longer than he was promised its fulfillment. I asked the manager what we can do, and I was told nothing...that I wouldhave to wait another hour or so. I told them that was unacceptable and left. Had a situation with a Door Dash order where the dasher waited at the restaurant for two hours only to be told they weren?t... accepting Door Dash orders. THEY CONFIRMED THE ORDER!! I called and asked to speak to a manager and the young girl who answeredhung up on me. The manager called me back about 5 min later and says that Door Dash cancelled the order. I have been a customer here for a while and I feel like it is inconsistent at best. I get the buffalo chicken wrap and every... single time it?s completely different. Today the fries were overdone and the wrap is supposed to be filled with breaded friedchicken tenders (clearly stated on the menu) and it?s filled with over cooked chunks of non-breaded chicken breast, so naturallyI?m confused. Placed an online order, was communicated that the order would be ready in about 20 mins(8:02 to be exact). Which is pretty... normal for a not so busy time. Arrived about 5 minutes after the time that it was communicated the order would be completed. The order wasn?t even pulled from the printer. Was told 10mins more was only 2 customers in the place and I was one of them.Actual had the order ready at (8:38). This is the 3rd time in a row I have had an extended wait when the location is not busy,unfortunately this is the last time I will not be coming to this establishment that I have enjoyed frequenting for many years. The wings are the only good part of this experience. No one said hi to us coming in or even at the counter. My boyfriend and I... came in for lunch, I had never been here before. The young lady taking care of us wasn't personable or friendly. I still tippedgenerously 18%. I hope all staff gets a part of that tip. If I could add pictures of how this honey mustard looks I would. Itwas overfilled and lidded then left messy and started solidifying. It's disgusting to touch and when I opened it immediately hadto wipe off my hands. The entire ramekin was messy on the outside of the ram.
