This Burger King is one of the best. Food quality is good and the place is clean!
My daughter has asked several times to go to Burger King to get the spicy chicken sandwich. We used the drive thru and it was a... line but it went down quickly, I loved my drive thru experience. There was nothing but friendliness! I placed my order, wasn'trushed although I was in drive thru. I didn't pull close enough to the window so I was backing up and there was a car behind meso the young woman at the window said, wait wait and put her hand up to signal to me and the other driver to wait a second. Shesaid, I didn't want you to hit them and didn't want them to hit you and she said well outside of that how are you today as shetold me my total. I paid and she said, enjoy your day. I got around to the food window and he said, can I offer you any saltpepper ketchup and I said my daughter likes sauce (can't remember the name) he said sure no problem. I try to avoid this location if I can because it?s always busy and the drive thru never seems to be open (as was the case today)... but I work close so sometimes I go out of necessity. Today I placed a mobile order for pickup in the drive thru and when Ipulled up, the drive thru was closed. The parking lot was full and I was on a time crunch but I had already paid through the appso I had no choice but to go inside. My order was wrong which I didn?t understand how because I ordered through the app andspecified what I wanted on my burger, but I didn?t make a big deal out of it and just asked for it to be remade. I ended upbeing late for work because what I intended to be a quick drive-thru pickup ended up taking a lot longer, and then I get back towork and find a hair in my food. From the looks of it, it was likely the girl who bagged my food because she had reddish-brownhair, but it?s definitely not mine as I am an AA woman and this is a non AA looking hair. Read more
