Update 11/04/22 Still in the middle of renovation. It's insanely hectic I can't even imagine working in those conditions. I... really feel for the people who work there. My little complaint doesn't even bear weight compared to what they're going through.I bought coupons for Halloween for free products and they need to be used by December. Unfortunately the ice cream machines willnot be functioning by that time. I wish that they wouldn't have sold the coupons if we need to spend gas money to go to adifferent town just to get some freebies. Otherwise they're navigating that construction as best as they can and it's just socrazy. Update 9/30/22 They're in the middle of renovation but the drive-thru and walk up are still open. No in-house diningthough. I was impressed at how well they're doing with how little space they have right now. Stopped to get a frappe beforetaking a trip downtown. It was late evening so no one was really out. The staff was easy accommodating. Read more

Waited 20 minutes for food, just for the [steak and egg] bagel to be mostly inedible. If they were packed & busy, I would have... let it slide - mistakes happen. But most of the bagel is rock solid, like I can't even try to pretend it's not burnt. Read more

Always skimpy in the fries. Ordered 3 large fries and one medium fry. The large fry had maybe 4 extra fries than the medium -... extremely frustrating. I can't say that they're great here, but I can't say that they're too bad. I guess it really depends on who is working. They're... either so backed up in the kitchen or stocked up on day old food. Usually a wait either way, and it's quite annoying. I don'tmind the food. I've gotten cold food and messed up orders on multiple occasions though. It's fast food quality, so you can'texpect greatness. For a quick in and out meal, it's easy and cheap. 2 stars because the bad outweighs the good here. Read more
Always messing up an order anything over $40 and if you get go back to their and suggest that you get your money back they give... you your food but they took a bite out of it and it's still wrong the McDonald's on 5th Avenue is the worst McDonald's of alltime so everything else is a plus Read more
