Save your money for somewhere else, the one waitress was trying her best but the rest of the staff was taking shots at the bar... and vaping while cooking some of the worse food I?ve ever had frozen dishes in the grocery store would be a 5 star ratingcompared too the food we were served. Read more
a truly hidden gem!! we were visiting out of town and wanted to try a good local spot, and we got a recommendation from one of... the guys at Beech Mountain Resort. boy these are the best wings i?ve ever had!!! if you are visiting and want to eat like alocal, THIS is the place for a nice quaint dinner that probably isn?t that far from where you?re staying ;) Read more
First time and first day at Beech Mountain and we decided to have drinks and pizza while we watched Sunday football......AMAZING... EXPERIENCE! We were greeted immediately by Chris (Manager) and Pam (Bartender) with huge smiles and warm welcomes. The drinkswere strong the food was excellent and the prices were fair. We will definitely visit again and we plan to bring the entirefamily! We also made new friends with all who were dining, working and living there. Special shout out to Alex who offered totake us on a private guided trail/tour/fishing trip. Ceasar who was very gracious to give us a tour of the grounds and Reed foreducating us on local wildlife. Pizza is amazing. Way CHEAPER than any pizza on the mountain. The wings thought OMG not sure what they put on the dry rub but... DANNNG is it good. We also ordered the loaded fries and those were pretty tasty. This place doesn't disappoint. Under staffedlike every place on the mountain. So expect to wait, not to mention the pizza is made fresh which does take a min. Read more
Literally is the BEST place to get pizza on the mountain. Not over priced like the one down the street and is actually cooked in... a brick oven! Service can be slow at times due to staffing issues like the rest of the mountain. Also, they actually cook theirpizza from scratch..so its going to take a minute. They also have the BEST selection of alcohol on the mountain. Ask for Pam sheis on it! Read more
I got a pie and shared it with my dad, which was very good! Depending on when you come here service can be a little slow but... that's because sometimes only one server is working. If you come here during the off months keep that in mind, but our serverwas super lovely and made sure we were taken care of, even with all the other tables. Read more

Bullwinkles was the first place we ate in Beech Mountain. Their pizza is great. I loved being able to watch a game on a huge... screen next to the big fireplace. The server was great and she gave us some tips about places to go to around town. Read more
