ordered bacon breakfast burrito for somebody who CANT eat sausage, got given a sausage burrito called about it and they refused... to replace it. managers are rude. always have issues when i come to this sonic. their hot dogs are literally burnt, ordered asweet tea few weeks ago and got unsweetened tea. Took my calling in at the stall and getting it replaced twice before theyfinally got me a sweet tea. ordered a strawberry lime made with extra strawberry and got a drink that tasted like nothing butlime juice. very disappointed in the service here, i work at a sonic too and understand stuff happens but if you mess up youshould be offering to replace and not be rude just because you messed up. Every time I go to this location, I ended up waiting 5,10,15 minutes and beyond before anyone ever answers. Today was no... different. This establishment is in DESPERATE NEED of management change, and perhaps the owner franchise pulled. This hashappened to me dozens of times, and judging by the comments, this isn?t unique. First of all I love sonic, but this trip was ridiculous. As everyone knows not all card readers in all the stalls work. When the... car hop brings us our food we tell her that our card won't run. She takes the card and frantically runs around to ring our orderup. About 10 minutes, and several slurps of my strawberry shake, later she shows back up and says the computer is down. We tellher that we'll run to an ATM really fast to withdraw the cash for our order. Rudely she replies ' I'm gonna take the foodback'!....HUH!?! I was there today. I live 6 miles out of town, so turning around and going back when your order is NOT made how you ordered it,... is NOT an option. Today I ordered a #2 value meal. I asked for NO pickles and to add grilled onions. The reason I can't havepickles right now is because due to Chemo pickles make me very sick. I can't just take them off and go ahead and eat it becausethe smell and juice is still present on the sandwich. So I couldn't eat my cheeseburger at all. I don't like to complain becauseI know how hard it is to get good help. People who actually care about the people they are serving. I love DeWitt Henry DrSonic. I always have such a great experience at this Sonic! If you are debating on where to go and eat, this location is actually the... best. Car hops are all very friendly, no matter what the situation. Food is delivered fast and is always fresh and hot whenrecieved. So choose Sonic when you need a fast meal or if you just want to eat and hang out. Read more
Can't beat a route 44 Coke. Only downside was the app wasn't working but mobile ordering had already ended. No big loss.
