The sign on the door says open until 9p. Why is it that at 815 I can't get a refill of tea? If you're going to advertise you're... open until 9p, then please provide service until 9p. Found jagged plastic shard in my sandwich. I asked them to stop food service to find the problem and give me a refund. I got a... refund, but the food continued to be served. The manager said "we don't have nothing like that in our kitchen". Please checkyour food before eating. Read more
Oh Austin, you did it again! Great twist of atmosphere with new and traditional Schlotzsky?s food. They also have wine and beer.
