I love supporting local businesses and this coffee shop has my heart. They?ve always stocked it with amazing artifacts and home... decor to make you smile, but my number one favorite thing is their ladies night every Thursday from 4 PM to 6 PM. We Parkettehere once a month at least and invite all of our friends at #workhardsmilelarge and clients to come visit with us. Charcuterieboards, wine selection and service are a great way to mingle and fill your heart with positive vibes after a work day! Someone else must have accidentally picked up one of our orders and when we approached the owner, she essentially accused us of... lying and I had to convince her that we indeed did not pick up our order before she decided to make our coffee again. Herreaction seemed to be dependent on what you looked like, so I'm not sure everyone will not have this issue if you catch mydrift. I sense a complete lack of sincerity and warmth at this establishment. Unfortunately, I am seeing that many of the badreviews have a discriminatory complaint as well. Wow! What an experience. My partner and I were driving by the area, and we had an appetite for some dessert, and oh boy, did we... come to the right place. I don?t write many reviews, but I had to on this one. Their attention to detail is unbelievable. Howorganized and they bring your food in the most ?distinctive and Lovely? way possible. I NEVER write reviews but feel compelled to respond to one of the reviews that obviously has zero clue about running a small... business, and therefore how to truly support "family owned" and "local". Runaway Luna is a shining example in our community ofhard working, positive, honest, small and family owned! I am SO happy they are trying to weather a move that could have putmost businesses under. They created SUCH a warm and welcoming place, where everyone is treated respectfully and with a "we arein this together" attitude. In my opinion, how dare a commenter not have the respect for small business that they claim, butinstead to leave a snippy review to try and hurt them? Please look at ALL the other reviews of people LOVING this little havenof togetherness!!! AND best coffee I have ever tasted, btw! Perhaps a small business lesson is the best reply to that review'snonsense. The LIFEBLOOD of a very small independent coffee shop is FOOT TRAFFIC. If neighboring businesses' employees areparking all along the street where Luna is located for 6-8 hours during the day... Luna revenues will suffer greatly. Inaddition, Luna needs to turn their tables over (much like a restaurant) in order to pay their fixed costs alone!! Please don'tbelieve that a business that had to shut down for a week (lost revenue) and refit a space (out of pocket expense) doesn't NEEDto look at how much they can sell per day in order to STAY OPEN. I am sorry if that makes someone upset, but that person likelyhas never had to lay awake worrying about paying a staff, or the rent on a space, due to lack of ability to have parking orseating turnover. Day 2 of the return of Luna!!! No ideal how anyone could not love this place, it is the most inviting place with amazing staff,... food and coffee. One reviewer mentioned a conversation that I believe I was part of today. The owner merely expressed a desirefor all employees at the Galleria to park in the parking garage, as she and her employees do. Many folks want to just grad a cupof coffee and go on their way, they are unlikely to do that if they cannot find easy parking. I think most companies requirethis. Wish this person would have joined the conversation, rarely do you get the truth from snippets you overhear. I have beenvisiting this shop for 2+ years, the coffee is always excellent and the owner and staff friendly. The owners have worked 12-14hour days to accomplish this move so quickly, and I greatly appreciate the results! GREAT WORK, the place looks amazing! Thankyou! Such a wonderful cafe! Delicious healthy eats, drinks, and bites. Plenty of vegan options and dairy-free milks available. Simply put, my happy place. The aesthetic is pleasing and the vibe is joyful. The coffee is done right, and the product... selection is unique, reasonably priced and not ?in your face? (ie not pushed on customers or overdone in terms of display). Whatmore could one want from a coffee shop? I also like the fact that the windows are left open to keep fresh air circulating.
