Jamie was behind the counter, she did awesome! This review certainly isn?t directed at her because she?s a rockstar. She was... behind the counter by herself for 6 hours.. this is a horrible oversight by her managers/owners. If somebody had called out thenthat manager should?ve shown up and worked to help her instead of just calling her several times saying she ?had helpcoming?. 2 women working behind counter. One was making sandwiches, and frequent glove changes. Other was running cash register, making... sandwiches, touching money, touching trash, putting hands back into bins and never once changed her gloves. At one point, shefelt I couldn't hear her, so she so she reached up and grabbed the front of her mask with her gloved hand, pulled it down, thenput it back in place, then went back to touching food with her filthy gloves. We've ordered online twice since moving here in December. The first time my only complaint was my salad wasn't chopped up at all... but very good customer service. Last night (our 2and time ordering). My salad sucked bad. Not only was it not chopped but mybacon looked half cooked, my extras wasn't extra and the two subs we ordered hardly had any meat. They were more like a veggiesub. To top it off one of the subs was supposed to be a meal and we had to turn around and go back after realizing the chips anddrink were missing. This is by far the worst Subway I've been to. Very disappointed. Read more
Ordered onlline so it would be ready to go. Asked for less sauce on everything. Even put a special request for the sauces to be... put on extra light. There's so much sauce I can't tell if the meat is on the sub. Multiple times this has happened. Sameemployee. Ordered a oven roasted chicken.... looks more like tuna.
