Stopped in and I was actually greeted by most of the staff that was on shift. As I ordered and waited every person eventually... spoke. The atmosphere was inviting because everyone was actually getting along and you couldn't feel any tension. Most times Igo to any waffle house it is real ghetto and the workers have attitudes. The young lady that took my order was polite and didntrush me when looking over the menu. I wasn't there long waiting for my order which was a good thing and I gave all 5 employees a$4 tip each. No one greeted us and even though it was packed the lady that did come passed right by us and helped the other people and didn't... even acknowledge us. We stayed for a few more seconds to see if she would talk to us as we tried to wave her down and she helpedthe other couple that was there. Sad thing we were there first, didn't want to make a scene so we left. I make better homecooked meals anyways. Saved us some money. Plus it didn't smell clean in there. Read more
Omg service was horrible. we waited at least 30minutes for the waiter to say iam the only server so give me some time i will be... back with you.the waiters Name was Danny He finaly came to the table to ask if we wanted something to drink 10 minuteslaterand if we were ready to put our order in. He went and attended other tables and cleaned while we sat there waiting to put ourfood order in. It felt like he didn't want to help us because we were Hispanic. And then the cook did not cook the food right itwas nothing but oil. I got sick when I got home. Horrible service my husband had an elergic reaction. Because of all the old oil in the food. one of the other workers that was there I think he was a cook went to sleep at one of the tables. And some ladywas at a table sleeping also. Our waitress was a young black female, I believe her name was Shun. This is an older Waffle House but she was like a breath of... fresh air. Absolutely wonderful. Professional, courteous and timely with her service. Everything served hot, neat and delicious.One of my best Waffle House visits. Read more
The best Waffle House in the area! It?s very clean and maintained. The food is always fresh and very tasty. I have never had... cold food from here, they?re also very fast! The workers / staff are also very friendly. They definitely make your food exactlyhow you want it. I didn?t take a picture of all my food because I was ready to eat. The toast was burnt the last time I visited,but I didn?t mind because I usually don?t eat it. I haven?t encountered any significant issues except the one time I placed anorder over the phone for pick up. They took over an hour for us to receive the food, but keep in mind this was several monthsago. Read more
Don't get me wrong...I love Waffle house but the service this time was terrible! First noticed there were 2 tables that had not... been cleared.There were only 2 other customers but it took her almost 10 minutes to come to our table. Then she acted like itwas an inconvenience. Got food quickly and it was good. Syrup handle was sticky. Noticed both employees were no where to befound. A group of 8 came in.....still no employees. They were in the back or outside for at least 5 minutes. Crazy!! Read more
This has got to be the cleanest waffle house I've been to and the food was great. My server was new but still great. I always... tip my cooks in in dinner style restaurants. I tipped both cooks since didn't know who cooked our food. Was to hungry for foodphotos. But we all made happy plates. Read more
I know waffle house has a know rumor "dont go to waffle house its nasty" but this one normally is good. Not this time service... was not okay at all I didnt get what I ordered and to top it all off I found a hair in my food. Of course it was hush hush and adiscount but they didn't offer to replace my plate of food I had to ask. I will not be returning to this waffle house for thelack of service and cleanliness! Read more
