This was our 4th different Twisted Root location to visiting, and it may be one of our favorites. My teenage son had the... Freshman 15, I had The Western, we each had fries and shared fried pickles, and it was all awesome. We were bummed that theywere out of ranch pickles, but the rest was a hit. I had to get there early to park my tractor. But the service is wonderful and the ladies were lovely! When you first walk in... there is pickle barrels of different types of pickles for free you can pick your pickles and put them in a little cup with alid. They have indoor dining and outdoors dining. I had order as usual the bison burger but the western style. Also there knownto have awesome fries so I order the I believe original cheddar cheese fries. What I thought was so adorable is there actualketchup packages are organic... WOW ????.....I never saw that before! Isn't that wonderful! I'm all about the organicitems. The bison burger was awesome! I was going to order one of their shakes which I guess they're known for. The shakes hadfunky names. But that was going to be a lot of food. Maybe next time! Love the decor but wish they had more than one veggie burger option. The ice tea and salt and pepper shakers are hilarious with... a clever humor twist. Cool for family and quick bites and if you are a pickle lover there are drums with at least 4 differentflavors. First time back to twisted root since the Covid BS. Everything was perfect the burgers the fries the onion rings and the cold... beer and don?t forget the large buckets of pickles. If you haven?t been to the twisted root you need to go now it?s amazing. Therestaurant was clean the staff was extremely friendly. Love this place. Has outside and inside seating decorated with licence plates that gives it a nice feel. The burger we ordered... was delicious and cooked with a touch of color in the middle. PERFECT! Try the potato skins, kind of a cross between fries andchips. Yum! Recommended! Read more

Go and taste it soon because it?s a seasonal side dish fromwhat I heard. Their burgers are juicy, meaty and come served on a buttery soft bun.
