I placed an online order at this location, which isn?t my normal location, but was near my sons school, where he was having an... event. When I arrived to pick up the order I was told that they would need to cancel my order because they were out of bread. Isaid no problem, inconvenient but it happens. When I get home almost an hour later I receive a notification that my order isready for pickup and I was charged for my order. Tried calling this location multiple times on multiple days and the numberprovided is never answered. I sent an email to Subway Corporate but it has been a month and no response. I like Subway, butnever again at this location. Read more

I ordered online to pick up. I didn't get the bread or one of the toppings I selected. I ordered a melt. The bread was over... toasted with black spots and it was hard as a brick. The chicken was cold. I picked it up right away. I'm never coming backhere. Go to the Subway on Cheek Sparger. They always get my order right. Read more

I will never order from this store again. Today was my first and only time. Got my order though door dash payed all the money... only to have to drive up there because they wouldn't answer the phone. They new that they were wrong didn't get all my moneyback. Never again . And I don't know what that is on that paper . And I call corporate Read more

This is by far my favorite Subway in all of DFW. The manager, Austin, always goes above and beyond to insure that every... experience I have is better than the last. On several occasions I have witnessed customers be very rude or try to treat theemployees poorly, always over things that are clearly out of their control, however I'm always relieved because of theprofessional manner in which the employees handle those situations. I ordered a chicken sub on the ubereats app. I waited for 40 minutes and then a driver was picking up my order and they called... and said "they are out of chicken" so I said "I guess just cancel it then, sorry they had you drive out for nothing." Thensubway didn't cancel it and had a 2nd and then a 3rd driver show up to no chicken. I had to reach out to uber to tell them whatwas going on. The WORST... Apparently, they ran out of all their Chicken After I ordered Online... How does that even Happen? They had no... White Cheese of any type, only Shredded American. They had NO Sandwiches ready when I arrived to Pick Up. They claimed someonehad stolen the sandwiches from the shelf... Then They claimed they just cancelled the order... Abandoned their customer! The girl who looked really young was very sweet and even complimented me??I see her give free cookies to kids who walk in and... have their parents refuse to buy them one. I go there often to see her hair color change almost monthly, super interestingcolors. One time I walked in and she was signing to a deaf costumer! Really coo! Very upsetting. I had to tell the young man behind flipping the bread to put gloves on. He started flipping bread on the table... with his bare hands and putting bread in the oven. The 2nd round I told him that he need gloves because I never seen him washhis hands and it's not sanitary. The young man in the front preparing my meal asked him if he was wearing gloves and glove lesshe said " yes ". An employee that can lie about this is not a good employee. You should wash your hand when preparing customersmeal. This is unsanitary and the manager was so worried about preparing her salad for her break didn't pay attention to it.
