For the most part, service and order quality is consistent with the brand, I?ve only had an issue once with a cold brew tasting... oddly acidic. The location makes drive through a terrible experience; anyone looking to go inside should park away from thebuilding unless you like being blocked in by the drive through. They should really look at the logistics and change thedirection of the line to go through the adjoining parking lot instead of down the service road. Read more

Waiting in the line for 20 mins for cold coffee and this was suppose to be a grande. This is how they gave it to me. Do better!

Ordered on the app for my birthday reward and was given a drink with nothing that I requested (white chocolate mocha sauce and... sweet cream cold foam) and the drink came out 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I understand that it?s busy so Ijust took the drink and left but I wanted to set my day up for success and now I?m left with disappointment. Read more

Fun and friendly staff. Great coffee even close to closing time. I appreciate that this location is open until 10pm. My friends... and I gravitate to here because it's comfortable and open long enough so that we can hang out and talk. Thanks for the greatatmosphere! Read more

This store is always packed in drive through. So I go inside. What is disappointing is if you are inside they treat you poorly... as if you aren't important enough to serve. Drive through is always priority, the call ins, last is those customers standinginside waiting and watching ???? seeing 7 workers but not getting their drinks. I waited 8 minutes before asking about my drink,when I was told what's my name, and they didn't find it, they asked if I ordered at the desk, I said yes, they said oh, was it acold drink, I said yes, I ordered over 8 minutes ago. She proceeded to tell me I am not the only order. True, but out of 7people, 1 should focus on those of us not lazy, not in a car or on a phone, but the ones standing inside watching you makedrinks to sit on a counter while I'm waiting. The way Starbucks procedures work, does not work for f2f customers ???? ! 1 personshould prioritize inside customers who are standing, waiting, watching ????, and feeling like they aren't priority ???? inStarbucks. Sad that f2f customer service is treated like a red headed step child. Shame on Starbucks!!!! I have the app, I am agold card carrier, and drink Starbucks coffee at home, I matter and deserve priority no matter where I choose to go for mycoffee! Please treat f2f customers better and faster! Greasy brownies. Somehow the hot chocolate was mostly milk and didn't taste like chocolate. I had to add some chocolate syrup at... home and noticed that the top layer was oily when I opened the lid. Why? I had to skim what I could off the top. Thank goodnesswe had gift cards and our own chocolate syrup. Read more

They do not have dine in as written in Google. But you still can set outside in the open air if you like. The staff were nice... and served us fast. And as usual, starbucks has the best coffee. Read more
