Showed up after placing an online order. We pressed the red button to notify them that we had arrived for our online order. We... waited.. and waited.. We watched 8 cars drive up, order, and receive their order before us, we pressed the red button two moretimes to let them know we're still waiting, and both times they exclaimed "we'll have it right out". Finally, after waiting 45mins, (6:35-7:25pm), I got out of my car and went to the door and asked how come we're not getting our order, and they wentinside and gave it to me within 30 seconds, the food was cold, and the blasts were completely melted. I get that there couldhave been a miscommunication, or just an overall bad night for some of the staff there, which I totally get, but during thisexperience, watching all other customers come and go made my girlfriend & I feel irrelevant or forgotten about several times. Iasked their manager if I could please get a refund due to waiting so long, and she said she would have to take the food back.Very unfortunate experience because we love sonic, but questioning if we'll be returning to this store :(. Decent wait times. Food always comes out hot & pretty good. But not the boneless chicken. Don't order the boneless chicken

The most horrible hamburger I?ve ever had at sonic. It was a junior burger that was cold, the bun was hard meat like leather... and serve to me by a young man eating something. Yuk! Read more

This Sonic is pretty good. We had to come to this one because the one on Central always has issues. If this location was more... consistent making drinks that are drinkable they would get five stars. Y'all keep up the good work. I ordered a cherry Dr Pepperand all i got was cherry.... lol Read more

Would give 5 stars but they?ve gotten my app order wrong twice in a row. The manager wasn?t the most professional, but they... remade my sandwich and she dramatically threw the wrongly made burger in the trash before walking back in. It wouldn?t had beensuch a terrible experience but the add-ons I paid for went on my burger. Read more

For clarity 2 stars is more for the app than this location. I have always had great service here. However, occasionally we... will order Mozzarella Sticks on the app and it always has marinara selected for the sauce. You can not even remove it on theapp, which is fine by me. So when I pick it up I fully expect to see a packet of marinara when I open the bag. It NEVERhappens. So I either have to go back for the sauce or do without. After about 3 times (slow learner) I ask them why and theysay it is not on the order. They also said that there is an issue on the app where the sauce doesn't make on the order. It'sbeen well over a year and the issue remains. They know it's an issue but don't care enough about the inconvenience it causestheir customers to fix it. Logic would say, if they know it's a problem, either put it in the bag or bring it out and offer it.The fact that it has been a known issue for so long falls on the side of incompetence thus the 2 stars. I saw a picture of the new pickle Burger and asked if the pickles were fried with breading and the person said yes and I asked... if I could just get the fried pickles and he said yes and even brought me out some of the dressing that had the pickles in it. The flavor reminded me of picolos the fried pickle chips that the Sonic sold in the 1970s and early 80s. And also I prefer thepickle slices to the pickle fries, the taste was perfect. Another mention the person taking the order came out to my truck toget the order because I could not hear him over the noise of another car. Absolutely fantastic service. Read more

Sonic is generally pretty good. Nice variety, I even tried a Frito Pie Burrito thing tonight. Pretty good!!
