Every time we place an online order it is only cooked once we get there. Why bother having online ordering if you are only going... to start cooking it when the customer arrives. There is no air conditioning inside, it is as hot inside as it is outside andit's been over 100 degrees every day lately. Plus, no matter how many times we ask we never get the sauces we ask for. 7pm last night my wife and I ordered an 11 piece and a 2 piece with fries. Did not get the fries or the biscuits with the order.... That is not why I am upset. The chicken! The chicken was cold and looked like it was fried in old dirty oil. Not only that butit was overly dry. Like as if it was left over from when they opened that day and was just left to sit under a heat lamp ALLDAY! In fact the only thing that was good was the masses potatoes. I?m not sure why this location has so poor reviews. Coming from New Orleans this is one of the best Popeyes I?ve had in DFW so... far. We sat inside to eat, the inside was nice and clean. Service was friendly and quick, plus the chicken wasn?t over cookedlike I see for many Popeyes in Texas. I have no complaints on this location and glad I decided to pop in anyway. Read more
By far this is the best location I've visited. I gave 4 stars because the chicken sandwich I ordered was kind of on the cool... side and it chewed like it had been sitting for a while. I would have preferred to wait to get fresh sandwich. However, theservice was outstanding! As I waited to get my order the woman in the drive window was alerting the manager that a car had beenwaiting too long in the pickup space to receive their order. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Read more
This place is ABSOLUTELY nasty, I went there to grab some dinner today May 30th 2022, I ordered a 4 pcs meal half spicy half... regular, my stomach started to feel weird as soon as I finished eating it. I am seriously affected by this food trust me, I?vegot a Mexican bulletproof stomach, but this place has to be inspected by the authorities cause it?s not normal to have areaction as fast as this one. If I don?t improve soon I will have to go to the hospital or something?. my flight departstomorrow at 5am and I can?t even get out of the bathroom. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I really mean it. Last time I ever go to Popeyes. 1st location was so slow but the hankering was real for biscuits & tendies so I drove across... town. Normal wait at the 2nd stop, grab my order and only find out at the stop light that I've been given thighs and wings notthe 3 tenders I ordered. So, I circle back to exchange and when I politely explain the issue which clearly wasn't beingunderstood; I was barked at "just come to the window." I'm not rude to people who prepare my food so I showed the box, exchangedfor the correct order, and also asked for a fork that had been forgotten with my original coleslaw. Thought everything was fineuntil I saw the state of the chicken which was just FOUL. Fried chicken shouldn't be floury and pink! I just chucked it &booked it to Chick Fil A where I received my order correctly the first time, enjoyed nicely golden fried chicken, and greatcustomer service. I usually don't, give bad reviews. But tonight, we had Popeyes chicken on Airport freeway in Bedford TX. The food was cold, and... one of the meals was supposed to be chicken strips. We got literally just small pieces of hard crumbs chicken. The other mealwas ordered as spicy chicken. Got regular mild chicken with cold beans and rice. I will follow up with the location for theirnot so pleasant dinner. Once, again I love giving reviews for awesome service and great tasting food. Arrived at 10:30 PM on a Saturday night. Both the window and the website shows they close at 11 PM. There open sign was on, but... apparently they close at 10 pm, just never up their information. Poor customer service to say you are open, have a customerdrive out of the way to purchase food and not be open! Read more
