Classic would give them zero stars if I could. They did not add any toys to the adult happy meals so paid over $10 each for... nothing and charged for sauces and then didn?t include them. Didn?t even provide straws for the drinks. :( Read more
Sad and Pathetic so called GM at this location? I came in with an order they messed up, I didn?t raise my voice but expressed my... frustration as I had to drive all the way back to store for messed up food AND drink? manager proceeded to call me a ?DICKHEAD?in front of other customers and employees? I was not ever inappropriate but even if someone was, a GM has to be able ti keepcool and not use such profanity around kids ? I think the one star I?m giving is too much after this visit. Read more
I always order through the app and pull into the curbside spot. Everything is right most of the time and it comes out fairly... quickly. Every occasion where I order a happy meal with extra fries instead of apple slices they don't put in the extra fries. A happy meal is supposed to be a treat, like cheat day for kids. If we wanted an apple we'd be eating one at home. The app'ssystem for rectifying complaints needs some tweaking too. You'd get a better outcome by whispering it to a butterfly. Read more
I wish I can leave two separate reviews one for the morning shirt and the rest of the crew after 2PM because the morning crew at... this location is fantastic, especially the lady in the morning that takes my order and takes my payment , I rarely have issues.Now for the crew after 2PM and later always issues , missing items , long waits , just last week I had to go in and reorder mymy mobile order because I think the order was given to someone else but the manager did correct it. I can over look missed itemsbut one thing I can?t stand for is violating safety and health (especially what?s going on in todays world). I just got back andI pull up to the window and the guy at the window was just about to make my drink and he gets the new cup to place it in thedrink machine and he is holding it with his pointer finger inside the cup and his thumb on the outside. I was just like I guessforget my drink, I didn?t even bother asking for a remake I already know what to expect from the crew at this time and plus theguy seem like his was like half asleep . I was just grossed out and I just wanted to get home . Hopefully this location fixesits later afternoon and evening crews. It's McDonald's, it not great heck it isn't even good It's cheap processed food and it's acceptable. Never had anything bad... from them wait times can be pretty long later into the evening but the staff have always been friendly and quick. Need a quickcheap acceptable bite to eat this is your place. Read more
Always a great place. Do alot of drive-through. Today, decided to walk in and the drinks dispenser simply was just pouring... everywhere. At least put a not in order sign. Management said there's another machine but nobody could guess. We all, at thattime, were looking for wipes. But my meal and staff were awesome. I guess this was a one in a million encounter. 2 stars because they gave expired milk in my daughter's Happy Meal. But manager was apologetic and tried to make things... right. However, staff should've checked their milk expiration dates. Read more
I don't often rate fast food restaurants, but I've had a string of recent positive experiences here and wanted to share. I've... been bringing my daughters here to the play place, these days and I really find it a valuable service when you have smallchildren. More often than not. I order from the app and pick up at the counter. Recently there was an issue with the app but thestaff was very friendly and solving that for me. There's a lady who often cleans up and she's always very kind and warm towardsme and my daughters and I really appreciate that extra smile from her. This is also clean and apparently moving the modelMcDonald's. I only have good things to say about them. Read more
