It turns out the reward system is worthless. The points expire, "after a mo th or maybe 2" None of the managers were exactly... sure. Also, points earned at one store Stat at that location. You would have to stay at a single location for the entire timeto get the free pizza. Employees at the Grapevine location were unable to locate my profile. Read more
I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars because they need to do some rearranging on their website. I ordered online on a weekday night... because my kid's school was having a fundraiser. But after I had customized my pizza order (consisting of 1 extra large BuildYour Own) and was ready to check out, I still had not seen the Fundraiser button so that the school would get a certainpercentage of the sale. Then I went back to the main menu to add a salad and that's when I saw the Fundraiser button. Thatbutton needs to be on the CHECKOUT PAGE. If I had not added that salad to my order I would have NEVER seen it. Aside from that,the pizza was delicious. I have eaten from here before so I knew it would be good.
