Terrible service and order is always wrong. I have very low expectations for fast food and was still shocked by how consistently... and utterly this location causes problems. Avoid this location if at all possible; items and sizes are often incorrect even forreplacements. Read more

Had an awesome experience at the drive thru! The guy working the window (the receipt says Isreal) looked like he was having just... the best time. He was friendly and seemed to really enjoy his job. Great customer service! I stopped by here at 7pm on 11-6-22. Read more

Wow, ordered online to go pick up our order 10am. Get there and store is closed...so we went through the long line to get to the... window and greated with an attitude from the lady. Why are people just so rude... my husband thought it was under his(smallmistake) she waves him off saying I don't what to tell you...as if she wanted us to just drive off. Showed her the order fromour phone and she said I dunno I'm confused... we asked her to try my name and low and behold she found it. She got her food andtossed it on the counter and handed it with an attitude. Please check your stores and manage better. It's not just this storewith a problem. Wish I could give a zero the woman in here are rude I came in for an order one day they were already behind on my order and only... had one customer I go restroom after awhile you act like you rushing me then just toss my food towards me real disrespectful Itry not to disrespect woman but don?t get mad at me because you work at fast food if you don?t like it go somewhere where youhappy don?t be rude to loyal customers then I come here today and all a sudden the doors locked I doordash and it wasn?t lasttime that?s being lazy I hope they do better then you cooking food without gloves isn?t that a safety thing I see a lot jack inbox they touching food with their hands that?s nasty and it?s still things going around but I?m doing a review because theemployees in morning at this location are very rude even when their moving slow on your order do better or go home. I went in today to get some breakfast sandwiches. There were two people in the dining room. 3 cars in the drive through. ... Stood there for several minutes. I was never even looked at. So I left. Given how they were acting, you will probably getbetter service at the drive through. I did not tempt fate by getting in the drive through. Too many other restaurants to goto. Read more

Horribly understaffed, I felt bad for some of those workers. Customer service was severely lacking. The worker taking my order... immediately had an attitude. I checked my bag at the window & was missing over half my order. Asked for the rest of my food &was handed some more bags. Then as we started to drive away, I realized was still missing an item. Had to circle back around &go back through the drive thru to get the rest of my order. Drove home & realized all the the buns are burned, no cheese orbacon on my sandwich & had the wrong kind of fries. Will not be returning anytime soon. Read more

The order was completely wrong. First, I asked for a hamburger. They say there are no hamburgers on menu. Surely, you can make a... hamburger leaving off the cheese. I wait a few minutes before I pick up my order even though the receipt clearly says hamburgerthey give me a cheese burger that I can't eat because I am allergic to cheese. They could have checked it, but that I guess willbe my last time coming here since I was only able to eat the fries. Read more
