I ordered a 16 piece boneless chicken, marinara cheese dip, and a medium 2 topping pizza. I recieved a 8 piece bone- in chicken,... cheese dip, and a medium pizza with half of one topping. I called the store at 8:47pm and asked to have the chicken resent, anda credit for the other two items. The manager said they would send it out immediately. I called back at 9:50p-10:00p. Each timethe call kept "dropping" within a minute. At 9:57p the call was picked up, went quiet for a minute, and then "dropped". At10:03p the call was picked up and hung up. I called back and the phone system said it was shut off. I have yet to get my food 2and a half hours later, now they are closed. This meal was split between 4 people and I didn't get my food so now I have to findfood somewhere else. I'm going to call and just ask for a refund for the incorrect items. But they'll probably only offer me acredit for the same item. Read more
I am shocked at their staff today regarding my order. when I got there around 7:30 p.m. the staff was taking the pizza out of... the oven and it was burnt from all sides. I asked them for my order and I told her that the pizza was burnt and she told me itwasn't. I asked her to open the box and put it right next to the pizza which came out after that and she refused. I insistedthat I am not taking a burnt pizza and she told me either take your order or leave it. I called her lady and she was very rudeand said that no one calls me lady. I have tried to order delivery from Dominos 3 times in the past month. The first two the store called and said it had no... drivers. This last time my order was canceled in the app right after I paid. When I tried to call the store, there was noanswer. 3 strikes Dominos. Very unfortunate as we really enjoy their pizza but there are too many other pizza places to keepgiving them chances. Read more
Delivery came after a 2 HOUR WAIT. Pizza was cold and charred / black. Why did dominos think it was a good idea to put a... location within a Walmart? $19.47 for minuscule blobs of dough, and 2 tiny medium pizzas that have no sauce or cheese and the barest amount of hard... toppings. What a total waste! Never again! Read more
