What are you doing right now? Well it?s time to stop and go to Chetra?s. It?s THAT extraordinary. This is not chain - thank... goodness. It?s tucked away in an unassuming strip center in Bedford, Texas. We took a bottle of wine which they uncorked for us.We had the mahi mahi with crab meat (with beurre blanc), salmon with artichoke and capers - amazing. The spicy cucumber andtomato salad just lights up your pallet! Oh and we started with the watermelon sashimi - light, crisp and sweet it was theperfect summer appetizer. Finish off your dinner with the Drunken Toast which is toasted poundcake, fruit and a scoop of vanillaice cream. You will be tempted to share the Drunken Toast but don?t make this mistake. Get your own! Delicious! Listen, we eattoo often at chain restaurants. Check out Chetra?s- It?s homegrown delicious and it?s great. Oh and the service is terrific, too! Read more

Dumplings weren't great, the chicken in the chicken artichoke was thin and over cooked then just smothered in sauce. My... girlfriends pasta was good. But there were also multiple little flies buzzing around us and landing on the food.. the waiter wasreally nice the friendly tho. Read more

Ok. It's so weird to give this 5 stars. The temperature was out of control. You feel like you are sitting directly next to the... oven. Maybe the A/C is messed up or something???? The decor is interesting. The space is much like a hole in the wall. Youget the menu and prices are a little high for what you see. All of that changes when the food comes out. Simply delicious. Iwould recommend this place 100 out of 100 times!!! I also would come later than 6:30 and maybe not in the summer. Read more

The hidden gem of Bedford! We loved the eclectic menu. The menu was clearly designed by a chef with a heart to venture off the... beaten path. The appetizer, tuna watermelon shashimi, was an interesting fusion combined the fresh taste of fish and arefreshing feeling of watermelon. The yellowfin tuna salad was made with fresh greens, fresh fish and a well flavored Asiansesame vinaigrette. The ribeye steak was the weakest plate and the most expensive in my opinion. It was a little salty and toochewy because it was rare and not medium rarae but the sides made up for some of the shortcomings but I wasn't buying the dishfor the sides. The mashed potatoes and veggies were well seasoned. The beef wellington tacos was a hit. The tacos had greatcharred veggies and the beef was tender. Although, I wonder what made it beef wellington when that dish usually has duxelles, and wrapped in a puff pastry. The deserts were great and feel they should not be skipped. Fyi. It can get full fast because theplace is small. And it can get loud with food loving people :) Read more

Great little hole in the wall place. Super staff, excellent food. We enjoyed bulgolgi tacos, steamed dumplings, seafood pasta,... and vietnamese born broth soup. Portions were large and taste was incredible. We will definitely return soon. Read more

Eclectic menu, flavorful dishes and nice effort. Tacos were really good followed by the Thai curry. Mahi mahi was overcooked and... ahi tuna didn?t pair well with pickled radish, daikon and cabbage. Read more
