This place is terrible! The place wasn?t even half full and it took over an hour. When we finally got our food it was cold, we... had no utensils and when we got them they were dirty. We didn?t get refills, I had to get up and go to them for refills. Myorder was Incorrect. The hot chocolate was made incorrectly. How do you do that? It was terrible! Yikes. I ordered take out. The tables were still dirty from the night before. The staff looked super unprepared to open. (So... kudos for opening). In the middle of my order the cashier/hostess called someone and said no more online orders. They weretotally out of containers. Apparently also a cook had come to work and stepped out but hadn't returned yet. It was like, 0750!She apologized a lot. I took my bagged order after about 20 minutes and asked if cutlery was in there. She said yes. I don'tlive far so I drove my family home to eat. Just to find pancakes missing. I've been calling without an answer to inform them. Iknow I had decided I wouldn't return again. Looks like I'm making one more trip. Kids pancakes were burnt ( we got chocolatechip pancakes and they were so burnt the pancake was the color of the chips inside). Everything was so thrown together. Yallare better off cooking at home. Even if you're exhausted. Just pass this one up. UPDATE: 24 hrs later, I return to speak tosomeone in person. The atmosphere is completely different. It's quiet, clean and things are running smoothly. There's a gentlenatured white guy in burgundy communicating with customers. I quickly told him what happened and he said he's the generalmanager. He fixed my order without any further issue, while handing out orders, and seating customers dining in. He alonechanged my review of this IHOP location. I would say it's safe to come patronize this facility as long as he is present. Yallbetter keep him happy IHOP. Server was nice. They are understaffed as far as kitchen help. We were there for over an hour. Because they were doing Door dash... orders before serving people actually stirring the restaurant. Terrible service. We were seated quickly but the lady taking our order kept forgetting our order three times. She gave us water... but it had stuff in it! My friend ordered coffee and it came out cold. Asked for silverware...
