Let me first say this: the staff at this location have been friendly and polite every time I've visited. But... This has to be... the least efficient and slowest serving Burger King I've ever visited. It may be the slowest fast food place of any kind thatI've visited. I sat at the ordering spot for more than 5 min waiting to order... Then I pay for my order and am asked not tomove forward until she tells me my food is ready (presumably to game their timing reports). This is just too frustrating of afast food experience to warrant a return visit - and I've been eating there since the 90's or before. Read more
Waited in like behind two cars for fifteen minutes before I could order. I was then told to wait a moment...... There was only... one drive thru line, and two cars ahead of me!! I finally get to pay for my order, and the food was horrible. Won't be goingthere again. Read more
Nobody there to take my order. Half the time no one will take your order at the drive-thru. The moral of the workers always seem... very unhappy. I've seen this before and it's 99% of the time from bad managers. A pay raise would also help. Read more
Bun was soggy and falling apart because of it, toppings (lettuce, etc.) did not seem fresh, and the mobile order was not ready... on time (we actually arrived about 15 minutes after it was supposed to be done and it still wasn't ready). Associate had to puteverything together on the spot, opening the wrappers off the burgers that were sitting there to see which was which. Tookalmost 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at the counter, and the associate was not very friendly. This is the second timeI've received a burger from this location that was soggy and disgusting, and last time we were forced to wait an entire hour inthe drive through to pick up a mobile order. This is a very busy location.. the workers try their best under the circumstances given. I have been to this establishment on... different times of the day and I've received good customer service, I have not been in awhile but when I did the manager Nikkihas a beautiful personality and Jay is funny and interacts with the guest ..these two make you feel welcome ,yes the lines arelong but the service brings me back even though the crew seem young but they are pressured from the guest. Adults need toremember they are kids .. you have a child and you wouldn't want anyone being rude to them .. just my opinion Read more
Worst Burger King I've ever been to. I don't know how this place considers themselves, "fast food" when it's the slowest service... I've ever experienced. They take one order at the speaker and don't take another until that previous order has left the window.The staff is also very rude. Don't go to this Burger King unless you want to wait AT LEAST 15 minutes in the line. Read more

Come here rather late everyday of the week and they claim there system is down 4/5 times I show up. In reality there just too... lazy to make the food because if I order online it works everytime. Read more
