Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Ordered pizza at 5:15. At 7:00 I called to check on delivery, was told if I want... pizza I would have to come pick up. Something about driver and a mechanic ???? I do understand things happen BUT a phone call toyour customers instead of letting them wait for something that would never be delivered is unacceptable. I used to love their pizza, haven't had it in a few years and was SUPER disappointed when I got it today. A quarter of the... toppings and not nearly as good as it used to be. I'll be going to Papa John's or Little Caesars in the future. Definitelywon't recommend Pizza Girls again. Read more

wife orders a large peperoni and cheese pizza pick up, gets it home, half has the peperoni, and the other half only cheese(lol,... not even the first time either!) calls down, instead of an "im sorry about that ill have the correct pizza made and brought upto you by our driver" suddenly no one spoke a lick of english and I over hear the wife trying to explain it clearer and clearer4 times. stingy people. accept your mistakes and fix them instead of playing dumb.. or risk losing more weekly customers such asour families business Read more
