My daughter was craving ramen tonight so we thought we would Noodle Nami out in Bedford. Both my daughter and I ordered the Beef... Ramen Noodles and my wife ordered their Korean Bibimbap. The food was fresh, served hot and overall tastey. The Beef Raman brothwas a mild broth so quite light in flavor. I actually added some of the spices that came with my wife's Bibimbap to give it alittle spicey flavour which I thought was quite tastey. It was a good dish but I would only recommend to someone with a verymild palate and does not like spicey food. My wife is Chinese and loves Korean food and she enjoyed the Bibimpap as it was notoverly spicey. I think it was nice that they serve the hit spices on the side so you can guage how much you want. The servicewas good and the staff were friendly. Overall I am glad I tried it out and look forward to trying other dishes on the menu.Based on our experience I would recommend this restaurant for those that have mild palates. If you enjoy heavier sauces, spicesor heat in your food I would recommend speaking to the server and getting their opinion on which dish to try. Read more

Nothing special! If you love ramen and pho, you?ve probably had better! The attention from the server is basic and dry. The food... needs more flavour and better ingredients! The eggs in the Tonkotsu are not ramen eggs (which are marinated over night in asweetened soy sauce), they?re just plan and simple hard boiled eggs giving the Tonkotsu a plain not savoury flavour. The GeneralTao chicken was spicy but again, a little on the unflavoured side. Read more
Noodle Nami was as expected. Quick. Tasty and hit the lunch budget. The broth appear to be from mix but the Noodles had... great chew. They were cooked perfectly. Lots of fresh sprouts and scallions. Plenty of beef. Read more
