The McDonald's where I live is excellent so maybe my standards are high but this location isn't great. Maybe it's understaffed... so it's a management issue but it's the worst McDonalds I've been to in Nova Scotia. It took pretty long to get my order,longer than usual, and it wasn't that busy. Happy meals were missing the yogurt and fries had just been thrown into the boxloose. Some soft drinks weren't available, no ice available and ketchup dispenser was also empty. Tables hadn't been cleaned ina while and the washrooms were not great. Next time I go to Walmart and the kids are hungry, I'll not be going here. Read more
Was there today 08/12/22 at lunch time and my heart broke for the kid working alone. He was managing the entire establishment by... himself, not another employee to be seen. The McDonald?s was packed with long lines but he somehow managed to take everyone?sorders, then cook them, while dealing with extremely rude customers with no empathy. Truly feel for his kid. The resturant is always a mess, no ketchup, the pop is terrible, had to go up 3 times, for them to get my order straight. Asked... to speak with the manager, and he never did come out. Read more
Employees today were too focused on kiosk or skip the dishes/door dash orders. Waited 15 mins before the started taking orders... at the cash register and I even asked if they were only taking the electronic orders. Definitely need to look at hiring morestaff or having more then 2 on at a time during lunch rush. Read more
Got a hot coffee at this location but it was cold, i went back and asked for a fresh one. The staff picked up my cup and did... microwave the coffee for me instead of making a new one ????. Feel bad for all the people who get food at this location. Read more
This location at the Walmart in Bedford Commons was filthy. The floor was a sticky mess, there was food and debris on all the... tables and floors. There wasn't a napkin in the entire store. This was at 8pm. The employee said he hadn't been out to cleansince he started his shift at 4:30. The food was good, hot and the service itself was friendly and prompt. Read more
