Picked up pizzas for a friend. I went in, gave them my friend's name, and told them I was there for pizzas. That was enough to... confuse the employees. After 5 minutes of dumbfoundedness, I said look, she paid AND tipped already. Boom, the lights went on.It was truly surreal how bad the service was when i was just picking up pizzas. I went here with my two girlfriends and let me say this: the women employees were very disrespectful and mean and didn't cut my... pizza all the way through. I went back a few days later and ordered a meatball sub and there was no cheese on it after I wastold the cheese was on the bottom! If you like to be mistreated, go here. No more. Ordered take out and someone else picked-up the order, so I was not able to see the transaction being rung-up. I was... surprised by the large bill so I looked at the online menu and added up the prices, with tax, and it appeared I was overcharged. Reached out via email and who I believe is the owner replied and blamed it on the people who handle the website - no apologyfor my wasted time, nor an offer to compensate me for the LISTED PRICES. We ordered a calzone, ham sub and kids chicken tenders. Pro: the food is very delicious! Kids meal was almost as much food as... the calzone. Con: very skimpy on toppings/ingredients. For the cost of about $10 per person for individual meals, a bit toopricey. I am on the fence if I would eat here again. Read more
While they offer an extensive menu, the last three occasions I ordered a salad the quality of it has been less than expectation... and very disappointing. Their site states that they make them fresh twice daily with what I have received, that can't be truebecause who would choose to put gross gone by discolored mushy cucumbers and/or peppers in the salad. I will not be choosingto try a salad again. They need to improve their quality control. Read more
