Have made errors on every single one of my orders. Missing items I've paid for usually. Go somewhere else. Find a small... business that actually deserves your money. Read more

Usually Panera is an ok place to go. But today was a total scam. I ordered a bread bowl today thinking it'd be a good meal. When... I got it, they had only cut out about an inch of a 4 inch tall bowl. When I asked the people making the food why this happenedthey nagged about it being the way they make the bread. What bs. Definitely not a great a experience in my book. I'd say if youwant a good meal and service take the extra two mins to drive over to pressed cafe. Read more

Normally I wouldn’t review a singular bad experience like this. Been here multiple times during the day, when there are more... than highschoolers scheduled and had a fine experience. I went with a friend last night at 7:30pm. After walking in, we wereboth ignored for at least five minutes by every staff member while waiting to order meanwhile they are all goofing off directlyin front of us. My sandwich I like isn’t available on the kiosk so I kept trying to get someone’s attention but they wouldlook at me, not even acknowledge or say “hey, just a minute!” Nothing. Then, another man came in and a girl walked rightover to him to take his order, to which I pointed out we had been waiting without so much as a word for awhile. If I’m paying$10+ for a sub-par sandwich I expect service to be at least minimum, not even a smile from anyone. Instead, the staff was alljust goofing around in front of us, nobody on the line was doing anything but talking to each other, and that one poor girlseemed like she was doing every job. I know the evening shifts are filled with high schoolers but a manager should have beenthere to actually manage the team because clearly this staff is incapable of being trusted to do their jobs. And I know a lotabout this place as I used to work in this exact location, I’ve never had a bad experience here since leaving years back untilthe last couple times. Oh, also just a small side note- I didn’t get my pickle with my sandwich even after requesting 2.Extremely disappointed. If a manager wants to talk to me, you are more than welcome to. Read more

Great atmosphere, decent food but horrible service. For instance after waiting for almost 35 mins and buying some bakery items... I was told that item is not available anymore and it was given to someone who came right after me. It was horrible. Read more

Been here a few times. Went recently after the dinner rush to do some travel planning and found it half empty and rather quiet.... It was nice! Love their bread bowls, soup and cookies. Definitely a good experience. Read more

Portions for lunch were very small & expensive-$38 for two half salad/ sandwich w/ drinks! NOT worth it!

They took my favourite soup off of thr menu, so I'm rating it a bit less because of it. They've been getting better about food... pricing, at least. Just a casual eatery, somehow also popular for studying! The honey ginseng green tea in the tea bar is 11/10,definitely check it out the next time you go. All you can drink tea for relatively cheap. Came in for a quick bite and was not disappointed. They had a full rack of freshly baked goodies and breads. We ordered some... drinks and lunch. The broccoli and cheddar soup was really good with the chips. Lianna was very kind in taking my order andinsuring I had everything I needed. Read more
