There?s a serious lack of staff personell in this restaurant to host the customers. We waited about 1.5 hours to get our food.... They didn?t informed us about this waiting time or we wouldn?t stay for such a long time just for a breakfast. Staff don?t seemto be caring at all. Horrible!!! There was no hostess in the front so we had to go looking for someone to seat us. Once we finally got someone's... attention we walked past 2 unbussed tables and we sat right next to another(see photos). The server was very unattentative andspent all of her time in the kitchen. Shockingly bad. Sloppy service by unmotivated staff, most of whom weren?t even wearing a face mask, and many of those who did... have them on were wearing them under their noses. The place was not busy, but the three tables remained uncleaned the whole timewe were there, despite a cleaner shuffling around aimlessly. The food was meh - overcooked chicken, and despite the menu sayingthat it was served with a side of sauce and a choice of pancakes or salad, I got no sauce and they never offered me a choice,instead assuming I wanted pancakes. The table behind complained as the server only put half their order in, and another tablecomplained that they had waited over 20 mins without their order being taken. Our food took about 40 minutes to arrive, and oursoda was served in a to-go cup as they ran out of glasses. For heaven?s sake, the place was barely a quarter full! No way willwe be back. My daughter and I walked inside where two parties were waiting for a staff. No one even came to the lobby to lets them know... staff would be with them shortly. And a glance into the table area only one party were eating! We left (ran to Target) andcame back 45 minutes later. No one was waiting to be seated and still waited 22 minutes just to be acknowledged! Great food but the waiting time to be seated and to get your food to eat feels like forever. Incredibly under-staffed. On many... occasions, only one staff is serving all tables. If you're patient and able to wait to be seated and to get your food inapproximately 30-40min, you'll not be disappointed in the food. Read more
