This is, BY FAR, the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I ordered a caramel latte, I received it with no caramel at all. I... also ordered a maple bacon sandwich with american cheese... They gave it to me with cheddar and 2 tiny half strips of bacon,which is appalling, because the $2.49 order comes with 8 strips. The sandwich is almost $5... Good place for quick coffee. But they often get coffee orders wrong and sometimes have weird hours.
Donuts were fresh and tasty. They were also medium sized, not like the tiny ones that you get at some donut shops.
Saw my order handed to a car in front of me in drive thru, then returned because the driver realized it was not their order.... When I reached the window and was handed my coffee, I asked if this was the same one that the previous customer had justreturned. The cashier said yes. I then requested a new coffee. He took the cup around the corner, then processed my payment. Hethen went to get my coffee and handed me the same cup. I know this because the coffee stains on the side were identical to thefirst cup he handed me. I did not want the coffee at that point. Read more
This is the second day in a row that my order was wrong. Today my food was also thrown into the counter when it was done. Now, I... have worked at Dunks before and I understand how stressful it can be. But these teens don't want to work. It really is not hardto make what a customer wants. This may be harsh, but I don't think jobs like Dunks or Papa Gino's or McDonald's should make $15an hour. If you don't like your job, leave. There are people who would gladly fill your spot. This location used to be very well off. Recently they have gone severely downhill, with most if not all orders being incorrect.... The staff now have a big attitude problem, and they will absolutely ruin your morning. I?m not sure if the management haschanged but they really need to fix something over there. The last 2 times we have been there we haven't been happy. Order egg and cheese wake up wrap and it was burnt to the point that... we couldn't eat it. Ordered a macchiato and got almond milk and I am allergic. Drove back and walked in to get it exchanged. (The girl didn't even say I am sorry ) they exchanged it for the right one.
