I recently had Caroline's cater my wife's 40th birthday party. They were absolutely amazing! Laurie made the planning process... very very easy and put together a great menu that the guests loved! On the day of they took care of everything includingcleaning up plates from around the party and taking all the garbage out! So yummy, such palpable love and quality in everything we ordered from Caroline's Fine Foods - you will not be disappointed! The... team at Caroline's are so adept at making customized items for dietary restrictions, and they can scale up your party needs fromjust delish food in disposable trays that are ready to serve to delivery with servers/linens/reusable trays, etc. We worked withthem to come up with what we really wanted and our guests LOVED it all! The charcuterie board was a work of art. The other showstopper were the egg bite frittatas. We had them at our afternoon event and they didn't feel out of place at all. Caroline's is my go to for lunch in the area as well as for take home meals. The quality of the food is amazing and the care... they take in helping you out to make a great choice is even better. Caroline and her staff are awesome and I have referredfriends and clients to her for event catering as well and they make me look so good. Everyone I have sent has raved aboutCaroline's food, service and professionalism. She is top on my list of people that I love to recommend to anyone looking forgreat catering for any event, big or small, as well as for a great place to get lunch that is head and shoulders above thetypicals (Panera and similar) for both quality and price! If I could give Caroline's 100 stars, I would! I got into a jam for a bridal shower for my daughter and was desperately looking... for great food at the last minute. Laurie, the catering director, was extremely understanding and supportive in spite of beingfully booked. For evidence this is a real review, I called all the Common Man restaurants who were not able to help me out atall. Laurie at Caroline's helped me put a menu together and arranged for the food to be delivered with excellent warming/servinginstructions. When I was on the phone with Laurie, Caroline came into the room and shared her ideas about the menu, especiallyregarding the sauce for the salmon. Everyone RAVED about the food...especially the salmon and the chocolate and lemon mousse(you MUST order the mousse--fabulous!), as well as the salads. The salmon was perfectly cooked and warming it up did not dry itout at all. A++++ Many thanks to Caroline, Laurie and to the guy who delivered the food (I was not there but heard his servicewas excellent...I will be calling to give you a gratuity) I passed along Caroline's Fine Foods to all our guests (they allwanted to know!) and I recommend this company without hesitation. We hired Caroline's to do a graduation party at our house for 9 people. From the very start we were very impressed with the... attention we were given, as well as advice, to pull off an epic party. The menu planning was perfect, the entire staff wasprofessional and friendly, and the food was simply out of this world. Could not have asked for a better experience. I've been able to sample Caroline's Fine Food from all angles... I'm in having lunch on a fairly regular basis. My biggest... challenge is always deciding what I want because all of their sandwiches are so good. The atmosphere is comfortable, clean andwelcoming. I've often bought food to go for dinner later that day, and have never been disappointed. The menu is alwayschanging, always healthy, and always delicious. And I've been lucky to attend a few events that Caroline's has catered. Again,top-notch. Oh, yeah... and the staff is awesome! Read more
