This location on Hanscom never seems to amaze me. First of all, fast service under ?Highlights? needs to be changed to slow... service. Today I placed the most simplest order on the mobile app. I ordered a plain croissant, not toasted. That means, graba croissant and place it inside a bag and then place on counter. Boom! Simple right? Wrong. Five min after submitting my order,I walk in thinking my order is ready. There was quite a bit of people in line so I was like ?okay, they are busy, I?ll give thema couple more min?. I ended up getting my order 15 min later. Messed up EVERY online order we have ever made... usually missing food that they never reimburse. Lazy employees that just don't... care about getting your order right. I expect a little more when it's on base... but it's by far the worst DD I've been to sofar. ??????? Read more
Some days this place rocks, others not so much. Wait times in the morning are crazy (like 25 minutes) and you still get the... wrong drink. It?s pretty chaotic during these times. After work hours and on the weekends it?s much better. Staff is friendlyand fast. They still occasionally mess up on my drink but it?s fixed right away. Read more
