Very disappointed in my first experience ordering on-line. One of the 4 subs was perfect, but the other three had none of the... customized choices I entered, from the bread to the items I asked for and those I wanted left off. It was not a busy time so Idon't understand what happened but I doubt I will try again. Read more
Food was ok. Service was horrible. Nothing was filled up. Ice machine wasn't working right. Place was dirty. Girl who check us... out was rude and I had to ask twice for my cup. Male employee touched bacon with his bare hand. Need major changes with workersand cleaning. Staff spent most of the time on phones or sitting down talking. Was by far the worst experience ever. The manager in Subway in Bedford Indiana called the police on me for no reason, and was yelling derogatory language towards me... so all that our staff is friendly and nice that's an overstatement. I wasn't taking to jail he got my ID and release me but yetand still a white lady called the police on a black man for no reason Subway your food is nasty and y'all racist...
