Chelsy was our server she was so nice and attentive.. it is amazing how the service was here from front of the house to the back... . They all work as a team and the managers are just as wonderful I was surprised they personally came outside to fix our ?issue?and see what they can fix. Went during a time they weren't too busy. Didn't have to wait to be seated; our server assisted us right away. Everything from... the appetizers to our meals was wonderful! Steak was cooked exactly as requested, all sides were fresh and delicious! Our serverwas attentive through the whole meal, even when things started to get busier. Definitely recommend! Read more
As a steak LOVER, I have to highly recommend Joseph as your chef for steak. Finding a perfect MEDIUM cooked steak in Beckley is... hard in of itself. This is one of the first times in 3 years that I have gotten this beautiful of a filet aside from Fujiyama'sof Beckely and the Char. 1 star is for take out, (dining inside is way better), Was in the mood for Outback fries for lunch, ordered a side of fries... through the app for curbside pickup, cost me $3.99 plus I tipped $3, also asked for condiments, picked up my order and broughtit back to work, very disappointed, should have checked my bag before leaving, not only did I didn't get any condiments, therewas barely any fries in the box and they were old, who in their right mind would serve this to a customer?, Why isn't anymanagers supervising the kitchen and orders?, And why is it hard to cook to order fries?. Next time for way less money and notip I'll just go to McDonald's for a large fry. Read more
Stopped by on new years eve. We already had a reservation for 6:15 pm. The place was jam packed and we eventually got a table... around 7. Due to the number of people I can understand why things took so long to get to the table. After about an hour we hadreceived our food. My steak was cooked perfectly, cold center and bloody, how I prefer it, the twisted ribs were alright itseems like they try and use the bloomin onion seasoning for everything. The loaded potatoes were great also. Will return andhopefully next time the wait will be shorter. Read more
We had avoided fast food and franchises for the whole trip but we were knackered and walking across the parking lot was just... right. We had a great waiter who took good care of us. The food was good and served quickly. Can't complain about a thing. Solidmeal. Read more
The greet at the door was professional and welcoming. Our server was friendly, prompt and made our dining experience a true joy.... He was knowledgeable of the menu and fun. The manager stopped by and thanked us for stopping in. Food was hot and delicious. Wewill definitely be back to Beckley's finest steak house.
