Curb side ordering is incredibly slow. I was waiting in the pick up spot for a half hour when I finally just went through the... drive through and it had been ready for who knows how long just sitting there. So I?m starting to think that this Panera is taking a course or not listening to their customers, because every time I go to... this location I am unable to get what I have requested or they are leaving things out of my bag or not giving me the drink Iasked for. Sometimes they give out a attitude as though they don?t want to serve you or they may have an attitude. This is not agood location. I feel as though if you?re paying out this amount of money at Panera that the things that you order or you getshould be fixed correctly and the way you are requested. Way overpriced with little flavor. My husband didn't tell me this until we got home because he didn't want me to cause a scene.... I purchased a scone to take home. My husband heard the guy making out food ask for the scone from the woman who took our order.He said something else My husband couldn't hear and she replied "it just adds more flavor". Did she drop the scone or dosomething else to it and give it to me? I will never eat at that Panera again. Read more
This is the worst Panera location and has single handedly ruined the brand for me and my family. We swore off returning a while... ago, but made the mistake of stopping for a quick dinner as it is next to my daughter's daycare. They sent me home with ice cold(like it was refrigerated cold) Mac and cheese that looks curdled and stinks. Read more
Haven?t been to this location in a while due to past bad experiences, but given the fact I am sick it?s the only thing that... sounded good. I ordered a grilled cheese and a cup of chicken noodle. When I got home, I realized I literally had a spoon fullof noodles and a small piece of carrot in the whole bowl. The rest broth. You would think with me sitting in the drive thru foralmost 20 minutes they would have been preparing more. Read more
The restaurant is absolutely filthy. The staff was loudly speaking profanities. They locked the doors after we walked in while... the lobby is still supposed to be open. It was 645pm on Saturday April 10th. An absolute disgrace of an establishment. Not asingle worker talked to us. My pregnant girlfriends chicken was not even close cooked through. The quality of food has gone downhill over the years, while prices have continued to increase. At this point, Panera is like... overpriced hospital food.
