I came to pick up an order for a customer. They said 5 minutes til ready and I said I'd be right back. Got gas came back and... they said they gave it to someone else. Beware of the ineptitude. The 1st time I went here everything was litterly perfect! Today I ordered some boneless wings and fries. The boneless wings were... good but the fries weren't cooked all the way and didn't have the seasoning salt sprinkled on them. I would have given them a 5star but fries are important and I don't wanna have to cook them. Read more
Very mediocre Wingstop. The wings are just *okay* and sometimes are severely lacking sauce. I once had only one side of my wings... sauced and it was gross. They are consistently late with orders and more than once I showed up 10 minutes past my estimatedready time only go be met with blank stares. They are also sticklers about extra dipping sauce and will charge a premium for itif you ask in the restaurant. However, I keep going in spite of myself so they must be doing something right. The order was ready on time, but the wings barely had any sauce. They were definitely rushed through the process due to the... employees being hammered with orders and not having enough help. However, this is not the first time the food has come out to alesser standard than other Wingstop locations I've been to. This location is very hit or miss with how much sauce you get or ifthe wings are fully covered. I've been to this location about 8 times, and 3 times the wings were fully covered. I will saythat the people working are always doing their jobs, and always on task while I've been there, I genuinely just think they needmore help to upkeep the standard they are capable of. The employees always provide polite and prompt service. I understandpandemic workforce issues is commonplace, but national franchises shouldn't lack the budget to give their employees enoughteammates to function properly. I will continue to visit this location because the food has never been bad, it just infrequentlymeets the Wingstop standard of excellence I've grown used to in prior years. I ordered the 20 piece special online and got 12 garlic parm & 8 mango habanero. They didn't season the 12 garlic parm.
