This is my favorite Wendy?s in the area. Last night I placed a mobile order with chocolate chip cookies, and instead of simply... telling me they were out Kayla had fresh cookies made! Everyone is always so nice, and I honestly don?t think my order has everbeen wrong at this location. Shoutout to Gracie as well, who very kindly checked on us while the cookies were being baked. I ordered Dave's double and the pretzel bacon pub single. I had a coupon so got one of those free and let me tell you after... having eaten at McDonald's or Burger King, Wendy's blows those competitors out of the water. I don't even eat fast food much butI am already fixating on what I want to get next. The burgers were juicy, had my favorite toppings (you can add onion or tomatoetc). Really delicious for fast food. Was amazing, but they ruined it. The other day I came in and wanted to find out if they did the 50 chicken nugget deal for $10.... They did, and it was delicious, but I came in today and the manager told me that they offer it on the app, but not in store. Ithen informed her that I received this deal the other day, and she called me a lair. It would have been one thing if they hadmade a mistake the other day, but her disrespectful conduct was unacceptable. I don't think I'll be going back there anytimesoon. Read more
