The best food cart I've ever been too I'm a repeat customer of once a week and for good reason. Their food is so fresh and hot.... Along with that the flavor is amazing. Super yummy!!! Me & the gf got a burger, bbq chicken & tots, and they were the best plant based burger and chicken sandwich... we?ve had yet. That?s remarkable because we live in Austin where there?s a high concentration of vegan restaurants, and thiseven tops our neighborhood favorite Project Pollo (which we love!). Will definitely be coming back here when we visit our familyin west Portland ? yep, we?ll make the trip to lovely Beaverton. Also this food truck park rocks? there are over a dozen variedfood truck options that will please a crowd or family, with an extensive bar and spacious & nice yard area. Read more
Super tasty alternative to fried chicken. I've tried the buffalo and the ranch...I think I prefer the buffalo, since flavor of... the mock chicken has cumin-powdered garlic aftertaste. Tots are awesome, not sure I like the mac salad. We'll be back! Read more
The vegan Grilled Cheese sandwich was delicious. I wanted to add the cup of tomato soup that was on the menu but they were out... of it. It would have been the perfect accompaniment on such a cold day. The large slices of sourdough bread were crisp and warmfrom the grill. A nicely filling lunch. Read more
Edit after going back a couple times: tots are overly salted and nothing has been as good as the breakfast sando. Still a decent... place but could use some recipe tweaks. Original: An oasis of vegan food in the suburbs. I got the "Ham" Breakfast Sando, whichhad the perfect amount of sauce, with a hint of heat. Filling, with amble protein. Read more
