Some of the most innovative, delicious cocktails I've ever had, hands down, anywhere. They have a great beer and spirit... selection, but it's the cocktails that keep me coming back and they're very reasonably priced. The food is also great and veryreasonable. Very laid-back vibe with a vast game collection. All of the servers/bartenders are super cool and attentive evenwhen it's busy. Outdoor seating for the nice months with beefy heaters for the less nice ones. This place is epic. Read more
From the outside The 649 came across as typical for the area, set towards the side of a shopping center. Stepping through the... door and up to the bar changed my perspective immediately. The small, yet eloquently stocked, liquor shelves bookending thetaps eluded to more than just a tap house. The bar top was equipped with garnishes that had me requesting the cocktail menufrom the get go. I was impressed! After having three bevies without disappointment I can say, if you're into a well thoughtout craft cocktail & are in this neighborhood, it's worth the stop. We e been here a couple of times to grab a quick beer. The selection has always been a mix of west coast brewers, which is nice... not having the same old beers everyone else is serving. Mixed drinks look delicious. Read more
Great cocktail options and they were all yummy. Laid back atmosphere. When we went in, there was short on staffing, so we had to... order at the bar. I didn't have issue with that. Staff was friendly and the wait for the food was decent even at short staffing.I recommend this place. Read more
The drinks here never disappoints and the food is always 5 stars ???? we love that they have a whole array of games to play... with friends while grabbing a drink and it's neat that they got a readers nook as well. Highly recommend to stop by this placesoon! Read more
After a trip out to see some of our favorite wineries, we ended up hungry ? the 649 was both on our way and an outstanding... choice! The extensive and interesting tap list won us over even though we didn?t know if we?d be in the mood after great wine ?we especially loved the gigantic IPA and were impressed with the universal excellence of the breweries ? and the food wasabsolutely delicious. When we asked for Secret Aardvark we were given a giant bottle immediately, a little thing which totallymade our day. We?re also just so thrilled to be in such a welcoming space. Nice little neighborhood restaurant. Casual. Games, TV viewing and outdoor seating available. Food was good. Only one... bartender to serve the customers for afternoon shift, but I prefer not to have to go to the bar each time to order food ordrinks. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend if you are in the area. Read more
