Reviews for Tasty pot in Beaverton, OR
I actually tired lots of this type of restaurant and find out this one is the best so far. The others like okay and normal but... this one definitely taste good and cheap and big amount of the food. And the service are nice too, even tho the environmentcould be not really great. And the boba tea actually pretty good here! Read more
Clean restaurant, fast and friendly service. Each Hot Pot is served in interesting looking warmer (you can extinguish the flame... as desired) and can be shared by 2. One of the big pot that we tried were the Shicuan flavor with flaming spicy level of spice, very tasty and our sinus were flushed clean after. ???? The Curry hot pot were very flavorful as well. Bubble tea were good butcan't beat this from some specialty shops. Ordering easy as they gave us a very intuitive tablet. Might have to come back to trythe other interesting soup. Read more

Our first time here today and soup was great! Menu is easy to read and choices are simple, although make sure you read the... descriptions cause there may be some stuff in there you may not want. The pic is the Lamb and the Beef soup. The beef is theone with the corn cob in it. Read more
We decided to try this place because "Happy Lamb hot pot" was closed and they were nearby. The place is small but has a nice... decor and very clean. Unfortunately, due to the size of the establishment, it is very packed seating and you should expect to beon a wait list if you're coming for dinner. The ordering process is easy, they have a tablet you can choose your desired foodfrom. Unlike hotpot where you cook things yourself, you pick a bowl with predetermined ingredients, choose between "original" or"thai" broth, choose a spice level, and that's it. We opted for the lobster seafood "very spicy" original broth. They came inmetal bowls with a portable heating foundation to keep your soup hot which was a nice touch. Now the food itself, while fresh, was pretty lacking. While they did give us a small lobster tail, there was hardly much seafood and majority of it wasvegetables. The menu described a large variety of seafood ingredients but in reality we got a whopping singular piece of eachwhich was disappointing. That aside, the broth itself was bland and not at all spicy. The meal itself comes accompanied by yourchoice of vermicelli noodles or rice and we chose 1 of each. The meal was filling but only if you get the rice and drink theentire soup base to help fill you up, otherwise the ingredients themselves will leave you unsatisfied. In hindsight maybe themeat dishes with the thai broth would have helped improve the experience. Overall, it is a nice place on it's own but whencompared to "all you can eat" hot pot just down the street for only $10 more, it doesnt really hold up in our book. HOWEVER, theservice was great and their drinks are excellent. They have cute take-home reusable cups and their milk tea was exceptional. That alone might be worth revisits. Read more

It was good, medium was too mild even for me. They have garlic soy sauce if u like moresalt. Service was good. Price was good, u get larger pot after #7. Read more
I went here and ordered the the kimchi dumpling and it looked so good. the taste of everything was wonderful. I'm allergic to... fish so I had to take the imitation crab and fuzhou fishball, and it came without it! didn't have to send it back, the cools payattention. the drink I ordered was a milk green tear with lychee jelly which was amazing, the lychee brings the flavours of thatdrink all together so perfectly. the kimchi in the pot was great , the dumplings and also very good, it was all immaculate and Iam glad they are here because I've been looking for a restaurant to replace with jin wah (now china town restaurant) and this istotally the place! the only negatives is we were first timers and we didn't see the little sign on the table telling how to turnthe flame off on the pot, and the lychee jelly while really good was in rectangles so you couldn't really get much of it becauseit was too wide for the straw and it laid on it's side at the bottom of the cup, they probably just get a certain kind of lycheejelly from the shipment of food they get but they should try to find a different place to buy it that has it in cubes big enoughfor the straw or in boba ball shapes too.
