I?ve ordered the rotisserie style chicken bowl twice and both times received a 100% ice cold bowl. When I worked at Subway,... unless a customer specifically requested to not have the meat heated up, all chicken and steak got heated up, in boats, in themicrowave before being placed on top of salads or sandwiches. It?s unsafe food handling to be serving customers ice cold meat.Imagine biting into a steak bowl and getting a mouthful of cold steak?? That doesn?t even sound remotely appetizing. I canforgive the provolone not being melted, but the rotisserie style chicken has such a great flavor that you DO NOT get when it?scold, and it?s not one of the cheaper menu options so it?s best to just do it right. They have a huge sign about making your sandwich a combo with drink and chips and when you get to the register the say they... don't do combos so all item are alacart. False advertising and incursions associates. Will not patronize this place again! Read more
It?s location is about the only good thing I can say. They get your order wrong all the time. They are very slow at making your... sandwich. If you speak English it?s makes it that much harder. Working construction, one of my coworkers picked up some Spanishand come to find out they talk bad about you if they think you don?t speak it. Read more
The food was pretty good, generous portions. The tables and floors were pretty dirty and so was the bathroom.
The drive thru is horrible. I?ve tried multiple times thinking this could be excellent to have a fast food option that?s a... sandwich and not fried food. Alas, every single time it is excruciatingly slow and half the time the order microphone or persontaking orders isn?t even there to take an order. Just go inside if you want any kind of service. I ordered a surprise lunch for my boyfriend today and was absolutely shocked to open up our food. I posted a picture of the... receipt. One sandwich was supposed to be a steak and cheese sandwich with veggies. When my boyfriend opened it up it was aturkey sandwich with hardly anything put on it. The avocado wrap we ordered was mostly corrected except no avocado was on it.Very disappointed with their purchase. It is important to note the store was also nearly empty so the mistakes make even lesssense to me. Read more

When you ready to pay, pay attention on the credit card machine! When I was ready to pay with my phone, the machine didn?t show... anything, no tip option, no amount. I was very surprised when i saw the receipt. It automatically charged me 20% of tips. I wasglad that I asked for the receipt, which I usually don?t. I went back to the store and told them about this, the staffs thoughtI clicked the tips. No! I never touched the screen!!
