I've only been here a few times. Sometimes it's busy, sometimes it's not. I'll say that 3 out of 5 times, something goes wrong at this location. Something must be off here because there's always new... hires, or no hires, or like one time the entire store was fully abandoned. I don't suggest ordering through the app to thislocation unless you want to call first and find out of they've made it or if it's actually ready. the app gives each store 15minutes to complete an order, but that does not always mean it's ready, more than a few times I've had to wait 30+ minutes afterthe order was "ready" for them to catch up. It's a high volume store around lunch especially and dinner and there just isn'tenough people working here. Something is off about this location. Order in person, don't use the app. Read more

Worse customer service I ever encountered at a subway. Placed a mobile order for pick up. I arrived a few minutes after it was... supposed to be ready. My order wasn?t ready, I had to wait 40 for them to make my order which they told me they had but hadn?tstarted yet. I called ahead to make sure they had gluten free bread. They said they had it in stock in 6 inch loaves only. When I arrived... they had no idea what I was talking about, and kept trying to make my sandwich on some low carb bread, which was not glutenfree. I asked several times to confirm that this was gluten free bread and they kept ignoring my questions, trying to move mealong. Mind you, I have severe allergies and cannot eat normal bread. I underatand that the employees are not responsible forkeeping certain things in stock, but I do not appreciate serious questions being dismissed. That shandwich would have killedme. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I went in to pick up a mobile order, and after waiting 15 minutes, the lady behind the counter started... petting her dog (note that it wasn't a service dog, and should not have been in the restaurant at all in the first place) thenproceeded to continue making my sandwich WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS OR CHANGING GLOVES! never going to that subway again, I'mabsolutely appalled and disgusted. Yall need to hire a better night shift crew. I stopped by the other night around 1am. Worker was outside smoking a cigarette. No... big deal. She walked into subway holding a chihuahua in a little pet bed and placed it down on the chairs by the window. Weird..but okay. Gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking it's possibly a service animal? She was wearing an extremely short miniskirt which revealed the bottom of her "cheeks" when she bent down to place the dog there. Idk what the uniform policy is there,but that looked extremely unprofessional. Again, whatever. She went behind the counter and began washing her hands. No apron onor anything. (She was JUST holding the dog against her body) Ew. As I looked at the toppings for the sandwich, the work stationwas absolutely filthy. I get it if it was super busy. But I was the only costumer there. Zero work ethic. As I reluctantlycontinued my order, I noticed the lady had some sort of odd/unusual movement to her. Possibly medical related? No big deal atall if so. But it got worse to the point it looked drug related. Once my order was finished, I hopped out of there as fast as Icould. The lady went and sat with her dog and began petting it/giving kisses. I ended up not being able to bring myself to eatthe sandwich I just paid for after muling over the experience I just had. Now I've been to this subway location many timesduring the night. Never have I had such an experience. Health department definitely needs to be called and the workers (atleasther) should be retrained. Absolutely mortified. Will never be back to this location. Guess I'm a Karen now ??????????? This location is superior to all others because Reggie works here. He really cares about what your sandwich looks and tastes... like. The toppings are evenly distributed, so you get every flavor in every bite. Kudos to Reggie! You are a rock star! A+ Read more

I've been to alot of Subways in my days. I went in at almost midnight, with a pretty big order too. Treating the kids after a... movie. I got 4 different toasted footlongs. I've never seen such beautiful sandwiches before. Even the lady in line had tocomment on how amazing they looked. They were actually as good as the pictures. The worker was fast , nice , and made awesomesandwiches! He should seriously train everyone on how to make them like that. Well done. Read more
