I came in earlier today to get a sub and the workers there were highly unprofessional. Awful attitudes, made me feel unwelcome,... and were also rude to the customers before and after me. Consistently rolling their eyes and awful body language. Snappyresponses to customers. You should not have employees working for you that do not want to represent your business in a professional manner. From the... moment my family and I walked into this particular shop, we were greeted with nothing but sighs of annoyance. Like we wereruining this person?s day by coming in to get a few sandwiches. When we noticed that they never once changed their gloves, weopted out of eating our food. When the unprofessional attitude was brought to the attention of the manager, who defended theiractions. I don't usually leave reviews and especially not negative ones.. but this is the nastiest subway I have ever been in.. It rinks... of stale cigarettes, the meat looked old/dried out, it's dirty and unfinished, construction mess outside the door and the staffare unprofessional. I've tried repeatedly to order from this store through Doordash. BMT Deluxe on wheat. They have gotten it right about 2 out of... 7 times. Usually forget the extra meat. Once, my BMT was made as a BLT. I have called. They fixed it. I have gone to thestore. They fix it. Service is great IF YOU ARE THERE. I never really post reviews but this time I needed too, y 2 weeks ago I went to pick up My order late at night around 9 when I... got home I noticed they added bacon to one of my sandwich which was odd bc I never order it with bacon, then I checked the othersandwiches and they all had bacon on it. We didn?t think much of it since we didn?t mind eating it, intill it hit 30 mins laterI had a severe stomach Pain and could you not i started i throwing Up. I thought it was maybe something else but then my brotherstarted to feel sick. This is absolutely not okay! Why give out food that is not cooked good or spoiled food ???? I was pleasantly surprised with service. Employees were lively and friendly. Restaurant was clean and open at 8pm during the... week night. I order my sandwich to go, no dining inside (April 2021). I was able to social distance comfortably and they haveplexiglass panels above the glass where they make your food. Nice spot for a Subway shop! Read more
The last two online orders I had were stolen so I had to sit there and wait for them to be made again. Seems like they should... have the pickup orders behind the counter. Easy fix. Also they frequently mess up simple orders and give very little meat evenwhen ordering deluxe. Won't be coming to this location anymore. Read more
