This is the worst location! The customer service is absolutely terrible! I live down the street and intentionally try to not go... to this location. I?m never welcomed when I come in, I?m never thanked, and I?ve only been told goodbye once. They are VERYslow, especially compared to the other locations which are literally 1-2 blocks away. Zero sense of urgency here. Whoever themanager or district manager is for this location needs to retrain virtually every person at this location. Skip this place. Goto the cedar hills ones instead. Terrible customer service. The staff I interacted with were not purposefully engaging with the customers and when they did it... was forced. The barista who took my order rolled their eyes consistently, did not read my order back to me and my drink ended upbeing incorrect. When I told another barista of the error of my drink, the same barista who took my order overheard, scoffed androlled her eyes. I would not recommend this Starbucks due to the poor customer service. There is another Starbucks down thestreet that I will be going to from now on. Read more
