Usually go to this one every weekend because they made our coffees well, but as of late they have been bad. Two weeks in a row... my husbands coffee was made a hot chi tea latte when I preordered it an iced chi tea latte, not to mention I asked for extracaramel drizzle in my caramel macchiato and they didn?t do that. Waited for almost 10 minutes for my mobile order waiting by the counter- no one greeted me or anything. I noticed no one was... working on any drinks and I asked the barista if they got my mobile order and showed her my phone. She said they didn't get thesticker and cheerfully made my coffee, but I wish someone had checked in on me instead of letting me stand there to waste mytime. Read more

My man ordered 2 grande s mine was a Carmel crunch Frappuccino, it had no Carmel drizzle it was watery and still had chunk s of... ice in it, the other was missing the soft top cream stuff and was ok ,think my co worker is just being nice ,there was nothingbut young men serving and had I don't want to be here attitude s and it showed in our drinks and there service. I will go myselfnext time ,if I wasn't stuck at work I would return these get a refund and go to a different coffee spot ,so not happy you justdon't play around about people s coffee Read more
After waiting 30 minutes for our coffee, we asked what the hold-up was? Well they did make our coffee in a timely fashion, yet... there was a communication breakdown in letting us know. The lady that we inquired our query as to the long wait responded, "Iwas wondering why you guys were just hanging out here?" ...Yes we were hanging out with no coffee in our hands... They got ourorder wrong as it was. But they gave us fresh coffee with and extra hot chocolate for the kid. Read more
