The two times I?ve been here my experience has been amazing. The drive thru was quick and the employees were kind.
Waited over 10 minutes in an empty store while employees chatted with each other and glared at me for some reason. After 10... minutes I asked if my drink was coming and got attitude that it'd be right out. 12 minutes for 1 mocha. Avoid this location ???? Read more
Oh my gosh... Went in to avoid the drive thru only to get the slowest service ever... the batista was busting out drinks for the... drive thru and just piling every house order up... Our coffee sat for about 10 minutes in a pile of drinks before she looks overto the group and says "I'm gonna need you guys to tell me what your waiting for" then proceeds to ask "what's your name?".....Well every order cup says how many items and the name of the customer. My caramel ribbon crunch was delicious, maybe it was the touch of blonde hair I found at the bottom of my cup. Still the drink... was good, if you guys could just hold your hair up better, finding hair in there isn?t a big deal but it?s gross. We also gotthe panini in a bag like this and didn?t notice, no one said anything and it just fell out. So I didn?t even get to eat that.Not worth spending almost $20 at all. Read more
The service here is fast and courteous. The interior of this Starbucks location has always been clean each time I have visited.... When the drive through is full and cars are lindup in the parking lot you're better off just parking and going inside. Read more
Exceptional service, every time! I tend to order ahead and my order is usually ready in 5-7 minutes depending on the time of... day. This location is almost always busy. I'm often greeted by a Starbucks employee upon entering and they offer theirsalutations as you pick up your order. Fast and friendly! Read more
