We have been a regular Round Table Pizza customer (1 or 2 Large Pizzas a month) since 1977. Today we ordered our same Double... Play Pepperoni Pizza we usually purchase and they told us the price of our Pizza would be $28.99. We had purchased this samepizza about a week and half ago for $19.99. That is a huge increase in a short period of time. When I went to pick up the pizzaand told the gentleman they had lost a long time regular costumer he sold me the pizza for $22.99. I normally tip $3.00 on a$19.99 pizza. They once honored a military discount but about a year ago they quit honoring that discount. He said people wereabusing the discounts so they quit honoring them To me that doesn?t make much sense when if you are military you should have amilitary Id that can be easily verified. I will not be back Round Table Pizza! Your inconsistency and huge increase has pricedme out of your market! We can purchase several other pizzas in our area at a more reasonable price. ???? To the business owner: Please don't accept new orders if you can't fulfill them. I'd happily choose someplace else if you'd be... honest with us. Twice in 3 months, I've placed a delivery order directly through their website which estimated a 1 hour fordelivery. Oddly enough, the invoice for my order arrived in my inbox exactly 1 hour after I placed the order. As of this moment,I'm 2 hours without the delivery, and their local telephone number goes to voicemail. The same thing happened about 3 months agoand I was hoping it was just a fluke. To those reading this, I'd avoid this chain until you see new reviews indicating thingshave improved. Edit: the order showed up eventually via Doordash. Unquestionably, the pizza had been reheated in the ovenbefore delivery. I ordered the pizza at 6:18pm for delivery from the Roundtable on Beaverton Hills dale highway. Delivery was suppose to be at... 7:18pm. Pizza showed up at aprox 8:45 to the wrong house. I called multiple times leaving a message requesting a manager to callback and it?s a day later and I still have not heard from them. One message I requested to cancel the pizza/delivery and askedfor a credit. My account is still showing the charge of my order. And still not a callback from anyone. I checked there statusonline and it was showing as not busy. Not sure why no one at a restaurant would answer the phone. Horrible customer service.Just needed a manger to return my call and cancel my order. Pizza got tossed out as it was cold to the touch. Read more

We were 1 of 3 customers in there. There was not one clean table. The floors were really dirty and slippery in several places.... The parmesan was nearly empty at each table. We waited 40 minutes for a personal and small pizza. It was 6 pm and the salad barwas missing quite a few things. The pizza was good and hot. I'm sad, because we used to like this place. Its a bummer only two people working .Had my order taken then that employee left after 15 minuets the employee realized my pizza... wasn't made. Employee came out told me that they ran out of medium pizzas and that he made me a large with no extra charge whenmy pizza showed up Hey terribly made poor distribution of ingredients and Pizza was under cooked . Got a stuffed crust pepperoni. Had blue mold specks in the cheese inside of the stuffed crust and tasted like it had been... sitting out of the refrigerator for quite along time. I ate most of this pizza with my wife not seeing the mold on the cheeseuntil we were almost done with the pizza. Today we have food poisoning. Stay away from this place if you don't want to getsick. Employees obviously don't concern themselves with food safety. Your going to hurt people. Read more
